Job Title: Directly Recruited Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective management of business operation of the bank
• Fundamental understanding of the bank’s objectives and the roles of the employees working under him/ her guidelines and policies established for the bank, employees and customers
• Marketing new and existing products and services
Requirements:
Applicant should possess leadership, team building, computer and excellent interpersonal communication skills, besides high degree of integrity & confidentiality with ability to work with minimum supervision
Qualifications:
• Graduate with a first class or upper second Class degree preferably in commerce/ Accounting & Finance. Additional qualifications/ certificates in Human Resource, Treasury, and credit management will be added advantage
