Field Supervisor Vacancy at EMPOWAD Ltd in Uganda

Job Title: Field Supervisor
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
To oversee all operations of the company on different sites and ensure that all activities are performed according to plan in order to achieve the company’s set targets

Main Accountabilities:
• Oversee/ supervise work/ operation carried out at different sites
• Look after the clients’ work/interests to the specifications of the client
• Maintain a log of current construction jobs including progress, completion dates and any other actions needed
• Supervise the security of property on different sites

Qualification
A Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Economics, Construction Management or any related field.

Experience
At least 3 years experience in real estate work at supervisory level.
