Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:
To promote the sales of the company products & services, by applying a range of strategies and ensuring that financial, profession and all other company sales and marketing objectives are achieved

Main Accountabilities:
• Achieve sales targets as agreed with the supervisor, month to month.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action
• Analyze and implement marketing campaigns for the company products/ services to maximize sales
• Monitor the market environment and make appropriate recommendations
• Contribute towards building a respectable image and a very high profile of the company

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any other related field with a relevant experience of 3 years

Skills and Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Real Estate Management/ Development
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent Customer Care Skills
• Analytical and Problem solving
