Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Officer
Based in Juba with frequent travel to the field
Ref: OGB/JUB/ITO

The Role:
• As the Country IT Officer you will have the responsibility for supporting and maintaining all IT and Communications infrastructure in the south Sudan programme
• This will involve maintenance and support of server systems, local and wide area networks, communications systems for internet and internet access and VHF/HF radio systems
The Person:
• To be able to effectively carryout carry out of this role, you will have at least a bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications or related field
• Four years experience providing first line user support for basic hardware
• You will have similar experience of configuration, maintenance and administration of I-AN/WAN infrastructures; server based e-mail systems and other internet based online applications
