Summary:

Change Manager is the owner of Change Management process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Ensures teams follow the organization’s established policies and procedures.
    * Receives Requests for Change (RFCs) and ensures that they are properly recorded in the Change log.
    * Reviews, updates, and validates Requests for Change (RFCs).
    * Conducts (initial) assessments on all RFC’s.
    * Assigns a Service Coordinator to each RFC that is logged if required.
    * Identifies the relevant members to be part of CAB meeting and chairs the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
    * Prepares Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting agendas and provides all necessary review information to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) members prior to board meetings.
    * Assigns teams to conduct Requests for Change (RFC) impact analyses and risk assessments.
    * Escalates Requests for Change (RFCs) that the Change Advisory Board (CAB) cannot decide on to the IT executive committee.
    * Analyses, prioritizes, classifies, and schedules Requests for Change (RFCs).
    * Provides Change notification to Change initiator and other affected parties.
    * Monitors the successful completion of all Requests for Change (RFCs) to ensure that the processes used follow the Change schedule.
    * Reviews and evaluates the change process.
    * Prepares for and facilitates the Post Implementation/Termination Review.
    * Attend all relevant CAB meetings, consider all Changes on the agenda and give an opinion on which changes should be authorized.
    * Assesses and approves changes to the production environment.
    * Reviews the status of a change throughout the change process as appropriate.
    * Assesses progress with respect to the approved schedule.
    * Determines how to correct any identified problems.
    * Communicates findings to appropriate managers and stakeholders, including the IT executive committee that they represent.
    * Provide advice to change Management on aspects of proposed emergency changes.
    * Attend all relevant ECAB meetings.
    * Assesses and approves emergency changes to the production environment.
    * Oversees an Emergency Change throughout the Change process.
    * Be available for consultation should an Emergency Change be required.
    * Asses change KPI reports for corrective and preventive actions.
    * Adhere to customer service management process.
    * Review change KPI Reports and provide corrective/preventive actions.
    * Provides impact for changes request logged on solutions.
    * Asses RFC logged for infra related changes.
    * Approve/Reject RFC logged for infra related changes.
    * Provides business impact for changes request logged.

    * Daily administration of the corporate WAN, enterprise wide LANs and Voice Network including PBX and Cisco VOIP

    * To carry out the scheduled activities like log monitoring
    * Involve in security related activities like Password management
    * Basic investigation and trouble shooting for problem resolution
