Job Title: Associate Professors

Requirements:
* Must hold PhD in relevant fields as shown below
* Must have taught at a University, at a level of Senior lecturer for at least 3 years
* Must have published a minimum of three papers in recognized journals in relevant teaching competencies since the last promotion.
* Must have successfully supervised at least four graduate students' research, including one for PhD, OR
* A Masters Degree in a relevant field
* Must have taught in a recognized University at a level of Senior lecturer for at least three years.
* Must have published at least five papers in recognized journals since the last promotion
* Must have successfully supervised at least four Graduate students' research, including one of PhD. Associate Professor specialized in any of the following: (i)Computer Science/ Information Technology(1) (ii) Business Studies Majoring in Accounting or Finance (1)
