Estates and Development Officer job vacancy in uganda

Job Title: Estates and Development Officer
Reports to: Group Chief Executive Officer.

Core Duties
(i) Formulates and reviews plans for the implementation of project activities.
(ii) Supervises monitors and coordinates all project activities. (iii) Mobilizes, manages and ensures accountability of all project funds, (iv) Ensures acquisition, distribution and effective utilization of project facilities and logistics.
(v) Liaises and coordinates project plans with stakeholders. (vi) Ensures that all project records are properly kept. (vii) Supervises staff and ensures proper assessment and evaluation of their performance. (viii) Prepares and produces accurate periodic reports. (ix) Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Specification of the suitable should include;
• Must be a holder of a bachelor's degree Civil Engineering or Surveying.
• Skills of and knowledge of Project Planning and Management is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in field above.
