Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Job Description (Duties):

To manage all business development aspects of Uga Chicks' partnerships with an intermediate focus on sales revenue and lead generation, this role involves sales support, growing partnerships and training and sales generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    * Advice and support the Business Development managers in developing their units.
    * Achieve planning and budget targets set and ensure a cost effective department.
    * Manage and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners.
    * Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership through sales best practices, training and support.
    * Manage sales orders and provide status to partners on new products and service offerings.
    * Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
    * Work with the marketing department to drive programs and events to extend relationships to new prospects.
    * Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
    * Conducting contract negotiations.
    * Defining and executing partner sales plans.
    * Market knowledge of competition, competitive issues and product development.
    * Manage and monitor planned objectives setting and target.
    * Network with leaders in marketing in order to provide up to date market intelligence and together with the marketing team, to continually assess the Company's market position.


Necessary Qualifications:

    * Must demonstrate industry knowledge
    * Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
    * Have interactive verbal and written skills.
    * Must be a team player.
    * Must be computer proficient
    * Must be highly organized individual
    * Flexibility and pro activeness.
