A leading and highly reputed business house [manufacturing and trading] with major presence in East Africa wishes to appoint a senior sales professional to sell all kinds of Electrical and hardware products.

Job Title : Sales manager;
Electrical and hardware products
Location: Kampala-Uganda
Job profile:
Provide leadership in planning and translating the sales and marking strategic plans /performance targets.
Analyze and evaluate sales coverage, market size, competitors’ share and product preferences and spearhead products development.
Formulate and execute promotional strategies viz; exhibitions sales campaigns. Etc.
Producing, analyzing and maintaining all operational and strategic cost benefit analysis and documentation as may be required by the mgt.
Achieving overall sale performance indictors viz; targets, collections volumes and profits establishing and maintaining good customer relations and customer care mgt systems.
Set up constantly review sales credit and collection policy.

Person profile
AGE: approximately 30 yrs, a university graduate and MBA with marketing as a major
5/7 years of related working experience and a proven track record of working in a similar capacity and passion to excel.
Highly energetic and prepared to travel frequently
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
A good leader, a good communicator and self motivated.
Computer literacy essential
