Job Title: Branch Manager
(Microfinance, Female only)
Principal Duties and responsibilities

• Overall supervision of staffs and follow up of their activities
• Carry-out regular field visits and monitor progress
• Monitor time and attendance of staffs in the branch
• Maintain cash books, bill vouchers and monthly account of the branch
• Carryout loan appraisal disburse and realize loans
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit in time to the Area manager
• Assess the performance of all staffs and submit the report to the Area Manager and to the Country Office
• Maintain the Program related documents, reports, target plans, budget, and other related documents
  

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Development Studies/ Economics/Commerce/ Business Administration /Statistics from a recognized Institution
• Strong Communication, interpersonal, and team building skills
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with staffs
• Ability to work under tight deadline
• Age must be within 30 years
