Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer:
Overall Responsibilities:
- The M&E Officer will perform a range of M&E support functions which are critical to the smooth running of STRIDES performance based contracts (PBC) and nutrition monitoring system including the establishment and implementation of all nutrition M&E system.
- S/he will participate in the data verification exercises and support M&E capacity building efforts for STRIDES sub-contractors
- Participate in the review of reports submitted by the contractors to ensure consistancy with the approved reporting formats and PMPS
- A minimum of a degree in social Sciences, development studies, public health or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in monitoring, data processing and data analysis
- knowledge, skills and experience in key M&E standard tools such as PMPS
- Knowledge and experience in working with civil society organizations and districts/ government
- High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills including report writing and analytical skills
