Job Title: Senior Technical Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collaborating, learning and adopting activities for the community Connecter.
• Make operational decisions and manage various components of the monitoring and evaluation program
• Oversee data collection efforts and ensure both the PMP and reporting results meet the requirement of feed the future initiative
• Lead a system for continuous communication with the two established external evaluation partners.
Key Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development programs
• Oversees field experience and specialized training in M&E required
• At least 5 years experience.
