Job Title: Research Coordinator
Key Result Areas:
• Develop quarterly and monthly implementation plans and budgets
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of school/ community research studies
• Ensure adequate stakeholders consultations and participation at all stages of the project implementation
Skills and competencies
• Bachelor degree in social work, education; post graduate training related to research will be added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both in written English and in face-to-face presentations
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position in a reputable institution, preferably an NGO
• Valid driving permit with clean driving record
