Job Title: Finance Officer
Reports to: senior Accountant

Key Activities:
• Preparing monthly/ annual financial statements
• Checking accounts of the council
• Giving financial advise to boards and commissions
• Supporting departmental budgets and work plan preparations
• Coordinating revenue collection and functional financial management

Person Specifications:
• An honors degree in commerce or business Management Administration or any relevant field
• Must have good communication and financial management skills
• Should be computer literate
