Job Title: Manager, Planning Monitoring and Evaluation
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Purpose: Supervise planning, monitoring and evaluation activities of the organization, coordinates semi and annual reviews of the performance of the organization

Key Functions:
• Formulate and review strategies, targets, plans, budgets and guidelines for the organization
• Develop M&E systems for the NAADS implementation at all levels
• Provide technical guidance on the development of technical standards and guidance for NAADS implementation

Qualification and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistical, Social Sciences, Economics, agriculture or a related field
• Masters in Project Planning and Management or a related discipline
• PhD degree in a related field
• Relevant post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• At 7 years of experience, 3 of which must be at head of department level
