Job Title: Research Field Supervisors(8 p0sts)

Responsibilities:
• Participate in training field researchers
• Positively manage a team of field researchers
• Liaise with local partners and manage logistical details of a study
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and ethical guidelines
• Spend majority of time in communities in Kampala supervising the study

Required qualifications, Skills, Qualities
• At least five years experience in supervising quantitative research
• Reliable, trustworthy and efficient
• Ability to manage time, prioritize competing priorities and problem solve
• Ability to provide positive leadership to the team
• Bachelor’s degree or masters is required
