Job Purpose:
Persons Specifications:
• An honors degree Bachelors in Economics/ statistics/ quantitative economics from a recognized institution, plus a minimum of a post Graduate qualification in planning, management, or monitoring and evaluation from a recognized institution
• Should have at least 5 years working experience as a planner and three of which should have been at a senior level in a public reputable organization

Competencies
• Should be innovative and creative
• Should be computer literate

Duties:
• Formulating, developing and coordinating District Development strategies, plans and budgets
• Providing technical support to departments in preparation and production of district development plans
