Requirement:
Qualifications: 0′ level certificate, certificate in basic food production from a recognized institution and 2 years working experience in a hotel industry.
Competencies and skills required:
. Ability to Help and support the Executive-Chef (Ex -Chef) in her/his responsibilities in No 2 above. Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Executive Chef.
