Job Title: Technical Programme Officer CCF/PGA
Duties and Responsibilities
Specific Task and Desirable person
•    Assist CCF and Pader Girls Academy School staff to design and manage integrated programs
•    Assist programme Officer to create tools and guidance to define project development
•    Work with the Pos and Director to review and improve performance management plans and in general motivate CCF staff and all team players
   
Educational Requirements
•    Honours Degree in social sciences or equivalent from a recognized university
•    Relevant masters degree such Development studies, the social sciences, public administration

Related Job Experience/ qualification
•    Minimum 7 years’ experience working with donor agency and/or a development organization, with at least 2 years experience supporting development programs in an or resource challenged setting
•    Technical knowledge of organization Development and post conflict rehabilitation especially in education and livelihood
