Job Title: FSL Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify the capacity development needs among the small holder farmers and adapt WFP post harvest handling training and warehouse management manual
• Promote best post harvest handling and qualify management skills and among the farmer groups
• Designing market linkage strategies and facilitate small holder farmers access to market information
• Establish sustainable management plan for the warehouses, administrative, cost recovery

Academic Qualification:

• First degree preferably in Agri-business, Economics, and agricultural economics or agriculture extension

Experience:

• Meaningful work experience in food security, livelihoods, agri-business development, assessments, gender analysis,

Specific Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English knowledge  of the local language is desirable
• Advanced computer skills 
• experience in developing training material and facilitating workshops
