Job Title: Information Technology Officer
Reports to: Manager Human Resources and Admnistration

Job Purpose:
To develop, maintain and ensure security of STF ICT infrastructure (hardware and software) systems and provide user support to all staff and manage STF server

Key Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a bias in software security, development and network infrastructure with professional certification in any of the following Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, in areas like network administration, management of hardware and software platforms

Knowledge and Ability:

• Database Management
• Program techniques using access, oracle and SQL, etc
• Basic hardware support
• Network Systems; WAN/LAN
