Job Title: Community Tracking System (CTS) Assistant
Reports to: CTS Officer
Duty Station: Kotido and Kaboong

Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the community Tracking System data entry, reporting and maintaining of accurate commodity accounting records of all food commodities movement in compliance with FPMG and donor guidelines

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all documentation and records pertaining to commodity movement, distribution and losses is updated dailly
• Maintain clear and complete paper trail for all the commodity transactions from the port to world vision main ware houses and finally to end users
• Maintain clear accounting and documentation process for each shipment

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences, Accounting or Statistics
• Knowledge of warehousing, transport, shipping and fright forwarding
• Knowledge of USAID regulations pertaining to relief food commodities tracking accounting and reporting
