Job Title: Head  Partinership & Projects
The  British  Council is the  United  Kingdoms’s  international  organizational  for cultural  relations and education  opportunities.
Accountabilities
•    To increase  funding   (through the books and in kind) from a range of  partiners in line with  British  Council  Uganda’s  strategic plan. To  identify  new opportunities  and manage  a  pursuit list for new project  partinerships  and external funding sources for  Uganda
•    To  ensure that  appropriate budget  planning,  forecast  and  monitoring  is  in place and exceptions for  plans are  reported in accordance with financial  policies and procedures

Qualifications
•    Experience of working  with donors  on large scale development  projects; or of working with  multinational company  on business development .
•    Strong team player, self-stater and ability to  be an active  member of the  senior management team
