Requirements
•    A minimum of five years  as a senior  field  representative  and oversees  experience  with  humanitarian  and development  programs at  a  senior  management  level
•    A University degree in social  sciences , development  studies, engineering , livelihoods/food security

Skills
•    An  MBA  or masters  degree  in  international  development  or livelihoods,  public health  or similar discipline
•    Previous experience  as an  ACD-P  or Head  of  Programs  for an  INGO
