Job Title: Estates  Manager
Muteesa  1  Royal University is a private  institution  that was established  by his  Majesty  the king of Buganda  to offer a holistic  and  generative  type  of Education characterized  by a  diversified  curriculum.
Eligibility
•    Hold a  Master’s Degree  in Engineering , Estates  Management , or its  equivalent
•    Possession  of  other professional qualifications in  Estates management  would constitute  an additional  advantage .
•    Four  years relevant  experience  two of which  should be at  senior  management  level  in a  reputable  organization.
Duties
•    Managing the University’s  property and assets  including managing  and maintaining  the  university’s property register, and ensuring  security of property  and personnel  at  campus;
•    Pro-actively plan  and prepare  for the future development  of the  rstate  so as to meet  priority needs  within the sustainable  environment  of the University
•    Servicing and maintaining the  existing  estate  and managing  its  properties , to achieve  a high  standard  compatible  with the  available  resources .
