Job Title : Information Systems  Auditor
Umeme  Limited is an Electricity  Distribution  Company  listed on  the Uganda  and Nairobi Securities  Exchange , with infrastructure 2  fund as a  majority investor .
Job Purpose
•    To provide information  systems  auditing  skills  on large and complex audits of  computer applications  and 
•    Technological  issues  in accordance  with professional  Practice  and Code of  Ethics .
Accountabilities
•    Support the Head  of  Internal Audit  in planning /participating in  internal audits .
•    Assure responsibility for information  technology audits ; demonstrate proficiency  through skills , and techniques  to review  and test computer  applications  of varying  complexity.
•    Prepare audit  reports  and audit programs.
•    Understand financial, operational, and  compliance risk formulate  solutions to mitigate risks in the  IT  environment .
•    Prepare acceptance  working papers to support procedures , results , findings and recommendations  and communicate effectively
Skills
•    Degree in accounting , finance ,management or information  systems , CISA designation with  3 years in information  systems  auditing within a large enterprise  with firm knowledge  in the principals  and practice  of accounting  and auditing.
