Job Title: Field Worker
MRC/UVRI  Uganda  Research Unit on AIDS  is seeking to employ  suitable qualified candidates  for the vacant post above .
Roles
•    Ensure full  understanding  of objectives , procedures ,risks  and benefits of participation  by volunteers
•    Contribute  to  effective  mobilization  of the study  population and provide feedback  to communities on study results
•    Facilitate group  education  sessions  about study requirements  to study participants
•    Facilitate  participant  meetings to  address  their  concerns regarding study  procedures
Education
•    Advanced  level  Education /Diploma  in any of field .
•    3 years  experience  in community  engagement  and  participant  tracking for research .
•    Fluency in Luganda  and ability  to ride a  motorbike.
