Job Title: Team Leader –Gulu
ACTED  (Agency  for  Technical Cooperation and Development ) is a non-political and non-confessional  international NGO founded in 1993 and  headquartered in  Paris,  France.
Duties
•    Project Implementation ; Liaise with  communities , beneficiaries   and local  authorities ;
•    Ensure that  project  activities  are implemented  on  time and within  budget; Management
•    Supervise the work  of all project  staff
•    Work with  ACTED  management  and  support  staff to  comply with rules and procedures ; Reporting;
•    Collect current  and  relevant data  for the project;

Qualifications
•    Bachelors degree  in Agriculture, Rural  Development , training in  project planning , monitoring  and  reporting ;
•    Experience  in labour intensive  interventions  and donor funded  programs  preferably
•    At least  2 years experience  in managing and implementing  projects.
