Job Title: Program Officer
The  Johns  Hopkins University/Centre  for Communication programs  (CCP) is a  pioneer in the field  of  strategic, research based  communication  for behavior  change  and health promotions   of public health.
Duties
•    Review the  Stylish  Man  campaign  strategy and implementation   plan  and advice  on the  effective  implementation of the campaign.
•    Work with  the  Project  Coordinator  and  RHSP  to develop relevant  communication  materials  and tools  for the  campaign.
•    Design and  coordinate pretesting  of  creative  materials  and  incorporate findings  into  finalized materials .


Qualifications
•    Minimum of a bachelor’s  degree in communication, public  health , community  mobilization  , advocacy  and /or public  relations  or in a  related field.
•    Postgraduate training  or graduate degree in any of the above  fields , an added advantage .
•    Minimum  3 years  working experience  in the field  of health communication, public relations , community mobilization or advocacy .
•    Fluent in  English and Luganda .

Skills
•    Good written and verbal   communication , interpersonal skills , including  presentations at professional  and  community forums.
•    Experience in  designing  and implementing  communication  and community  mobilization  campaigns.
•    Strong  organizational skills  and  ability  to work in a  team oriented environment .
