Job Title:  Assistant  Accountant
The  Parliamentary  Pension  Scheme  is seeking for qualified suitable  applicants to fill the above        vacant post.
Specifications
•    A minimum  of  an Honors Bachelor ‘s  Degree in either Finance or Accounting  , or  Commerce (Accounting  option), or Business Administration  (Accounting  option), with at least  part 11 of a professional accounting  qualifications such as  ACCA  (fundamentals ), or  CPA.
•    At least  2 years working experience  in a busy  accounting  environment .
Abilities
•    Financial  analytical skills  and user  knowledge  of accounting  Software.
•    Computerized  record keeping
•    Good  Interpersonal  Skills
•     Ability  to work under  minimum  supervision.
Responsibilities
•    To  undertake  monthly  reconciliation  of  contributions,  and  take corrective actions  when necessary.
•    To  monitor all  investment  transactions  and reconcile Custodian  and Fund  Manager’s  reports on a monthly  basis.
•    To prepare payroll reconciliation.
