Job Title:  Account  Manager –Indirect Sales
 People Performance Group is  a leading Human Resource  consultancy  firm in Uganda .
Job Purpose
•    Responsible  for  the training ,  development , monitoring  and on-the job  coaching  of all   3rd party  customers facing  PQS  and teams  so as to  uphold the company’s value proposition, eliminate out-of-stocks
•    Maintain  company brand  and maximize  new customer  acquisitions.
Qualifications
•    Degree in Business , Marketing  , Sales or other Business related degree
•    2-3 years of demonstrable  successful operational  sales experience  in telecoms and  or  FMCG, with distributor , territory, channel  or other  indirect channel sales
•    Full valid  driver’s motor vehicle license
•    Experience  in the same  or similar role  in an  ISP  or telecom  services  provider will be  advantageous
•    Good  communication  skills  and  proficiently in computer especially  MS  Office packages .
