Job Title: Senior  Medical Officer
Nakasongora  District  Local  Government  is  seeking  for qualified suitable  applicants  to fill the above vacancy mentioned  above.
Qualifications
•    Must have  MBChB  or  its  equivalent from a  recognized  University  or  Institution.
•    Must be registered and  licensed with the  Medical  and  Dental Practitioners Council.
•    Post Graduate  qualification in  Health Service Management  or  PAM  is an added advantage.
Duties
•    Planning  and  budget  for  health  services  delivery in the  Health  Centre.
•    Managing and accounting for allocated medical , fiscal and  other resources  •    Diagnosing  , treating  and Managing patients.

Applications  in triplicate are invited from  suitably  qualified Ugandans  for the above post  which exists  at the District  and must be submitted  to the Secretary  District Service Commission  .
Application  PSC  Form  3 (PSF  3  Revised  2008) is obtained from  Secretaries  District  Service Commission  , Kampala. Serving  Officers  should route their  applications  through their Heads of Departments. Certified copies  of all  relevant  certificates /transcripts  in triplicate  and three recent passport  photos must be attached .
