Job Title: Management  Information System  Co-ordinator

Total  Uganda is  seeking for suitable  competent candidates  who fill  interested  for the above vacancy .
Responsibilities
•    Train  SAP  end-users  and  disseminate SAP  related  information .
•    Update all  MIS  related  documents .
•    Ensure and  promote  the  proper  use of the  product  SALSA in compliance  with the  Company  standards.
•    Provide  support  for end-users of the  SAP software  and manage access rights  based  on levels of  authority .
Qualifications
•    Bachelors degree  in Finance  or  Information  Technology
•    Excellent  knowledge of  SALSA   and  SAP  software particulary related  to finance
•    Experience  in oil  & gas  will be  an added advantage
•    Excellent  knowledge  of Microsoft  Excel
•    Excellent  analytical  , communication  and  interpersonal  skills
