Job Title: Freight Sales Team Leader
Aramex Uganda is inviting for suitable applicants to fill the vacant post above.
Competencies
• A talented and results driven individual, who must be able to meet targets .
• Excellent customer relation capability and should be able to manage and lead a team of highly motivated and focused members .
• A shrewd negotiator and should build excellent relationships with shipping lines, airlines and other logistics vendors.
• Should be able to strategize sales plans and visits in order to improve sales and increase Aramex customer base.
• Should have a keen focus on customer retention.
Requirements
• At least 5 years in Freight sales, including Sea , Air and Land freight preferably including 2 years in a supervisory and managerial role .
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Logistics
• Knowledge of IATA rules and regulations and local customs regulations and procedures.
