Specifications
• Honors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University .
• A post graduate qualification in road construction and maintenance and/or water engineering .
• Registration with Engineers registration board will be an added advantage .
Other requirements
• Farmilliarity with Government of Uganda Public Sector reporting procedures
• Proven Computer skills and good interpersonal communication skills
