Academic Background
•    Minimum  of Bachelors  Degree  in Social  Sciences , Education  , Law  , Development  Studies , Emergency  and disaster Management  of a  relevant field.
•    A  Post  Graduate training in Project  Management , Community  Development  and Monitoring  & Evaluation will be  an added advantage.
•    Minimum five years  progressive  experience  in program  implementation with  at least  3 years  at management  level  in  an  International  NGO.
•    Though  understanding  of  approaches  to Child  Partinership,  Child  Rights  Programming , Partinership  Management , Program Integration, Monitoring and  Evaluation.
•    Demonstrated  financial  planning  and budget management  skills  are  a MUST.
•    Demonstrated  proposal writing and  development  and  analytical skills  are a  MUST.
