Job Title: Administrative  Assistant 
Makerere   University  is  recruiting  qualified  candidates  for the vacant  position  above.
Qualifications
•    A minimum  of a Bachelor ‘s  Degree  with  a post  graduate  diploma  in  either  Administration,  or  Human  Resource  Management , Project  Planning  and Management , is  required .
•    Candidates  with  MBA  will have  an added advantage .
Knowledge
•    The candidate  must have  proficient knowledge in the following  areas , Knowledge  of  office administration  and bookkeeping  procedures;
•    Familliarity  with management  and implementation  of  Projects  funded  by  Government  of Uganda  and donors
Skills
•    Excellent  interpersonal  skills
•    Team  building  skills
•    Analytical  and problem  solving  skills
•    Decision making  skills
