Job Title: Labour  Market  Needs  Assessment  Survey Specialist
IOM  International  Organization  for Migration  is recruiting  qualified candidates for the vacant position  above.
Tasks
•    Contribute  to the finalization  of the  LMNA  questionnaires  and  drafting  the letters  that will  be  attached to the  questionare .
•    Creating  a  directory  of employers  to be  surveyed
•    Co-present  , with  the  international  consultant  , the results  of the  sectoral  LMNA  at the  stakeholders  validation workshop
Qualifications
•    University  graduate ( in  Business  Administration , Economics  or  Statistics ).
•    Experience  in  conducting  surveys
•    Experience  /expertise  in the  food  processing  or  hotel  sector 
•    Analytical  and report  -writing  capabilities
