Job Title: Country Coordinator Uganda Wash Alliance 
The     WASH  Alliance  program  is carried  out  in  8  countries  including Uganda .
Education Qualifications
•    A  minimum  of  5  years proven  work  experience; knowledge of  the  WASH  sector  is not  a must  , bur highly  preferred  .
•    Knowledge  sector  is not  a must , but  highly  preferred .
•    Knowledge of  and experience  in national  and international  development  work,  program  management , advocacy  and capacity  building   programming  and  M&E  are  essential .
Competencies
•    Open , dynamic  , flexible  and pro-cative  coordinator  with  vision , leadership  skills  and an  antenna for relation  management , who can  work  with  minimum  guidance .
•    Excellent  facilitation  and communication  skills  with ability  to  interact  across  all levels
•    Excellent organization  skills  to manage  a multi-partiner  organizational  (Dutch) counterparts .
•    Ability  to travel  nationally  (20  %  of time)
