Reporting to the regional Branch Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overall leadership of the branch to deliver the business plan while maintaining high levels of customer service, branch efficiencies and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow corporate and retail business in order to deliver growth and profitability for the bank.
•  
• Overall leadership in the branch to deliver Customer service standards and operational efficiencies.
•  
• Main custodian of the assets in the Bank Branch.
•  
• Credit appraisals and lending.
•  
• Staff development and Performance management.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Should be a B.Com graduate with MBA in Marketing or Finance, a Banking degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience
