MANAGER MORTGAGE FINANCE Job at Crane Bank

Reporting to the Head of Credit, the Mortgage Finance Manager will be responsible to head Mortgage Finance Division within Credit Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive mortgage loan applications and ensure that all applications are accompanied with required documentation.
• Analyze the valuations of security proposed for mortgage, inspect security offered and make assessments on market value and forced sale value.
• Prepare reports after assessment of securities and appraise the mortgage loan with relation of the vale of the property and recommend accordingly.
• Forward the approved applications to the recovery section for legal documentation.
• Recover all incidental charges to avoid income leakage for the bank.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Should be a commerce graduate from certified association-Institute of Bankers.
2. Minimum of 5yrs of experience with Masters Finance
