Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Overall accountability of managing, planning and execution of construction projects.
2. Supervision of a team of Project Managers {Site Agents) to ensure works are executed according to plan.
3. Managing resources for the project sites.
4. Liaison with Clients, Consultants, regulators, local authorities to ensure good working relationships are maintained.
5. Accounting Officer for the project Sites
6. Sourcing for new work to ensure continued growth in turnover and profitability every year.
7. Manpower development for Technical Department to ensure a working succession plan.
8. Ensure project activities are delivered in line with the company's Health and Safety standards.

Education and Experience
• A good degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent, A post graduate training in project management and finance would be an added advantage.
• A registered Engineer and / or member of a reputable
Engineering professional body
• At least 10 years experience in managing- civil engine projects
• Experience in managing multiple projects at ago.
• Proven track record of success in handling projects involving high rise buildings, industrial buildings/works, road works, water works and bridges.
• Proof of having successfully managed multiple project worth $ 10 million dollars.
