Job Description : Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: • Takes responsibility for practical financial management of the Children’s Village and associated facilities, implementing financial policies established by SOS. • Monitoring cash flow and bank account for the Village. • Revenue collection and control. • Budget preparation and control. • Making payments to staff, suppliers etc and ensuring that all payments are authorised and backed up with proper receipts, invoices and other relevant documentation. • Payment vouchers control. • Maintaining fixed asset register for the Village • Monthly bank reconciliations. • Ensuring laid down procedures for procurement are followed and supplier invoices paid in good time.

Skill Set : Minimum Requirements: • A mature individual aged between 26 – 32 years. • A University degree in accounting, business administration, commerce OR other equivalent professional qualification in accounting (e.g. CPA or ACCA - at least level 2) • At least 2 years accounting experience in a busy organisation/office setting. • Good communication skills, written & spoken English. • Excellent computer skills.
