Job Description (Duties):

The bakery is currently a mid-sized operation (26 employees), but has ambitious plans for expansion to become a market leader in the near future.This will be realized through the company's future company operations that is; high capacity/top bakery producing diversified product lines,multiple distribution outlets and in-house retail sandwich chain.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversee overall management/P&L responsibility of 4 business units:

-Product Sales Unit

-Technical Support Unit

-Marketing and Distribution Unit

-5 Point of Sales

* Direct the course of company growth and expansion into new markets
* Supervise management personnel (Responsible for building management team;authority to hire/fire employee personnel)
* Report routinely to holding company management, board of directors, shareholders
* Work closely with management consulting team to implement strategic processes


Necessary Qualifications:

Competencies:

* 3+ years of management experience in production/retail; preferably with a bakery
* Background in profit and loss management
* Graduate degree; MBA strongly preferred

Skills:

* Dynamic and ambitious visionary who understands how to build a business
* Strong proficiency of business concept (financial management, operations, supply chain management, marketing, human resources e.t.c.)
* Effective Communicator
* Motivating personnel manager
* Incisive attention to detail; Organized and capable of multi-tasking
