Job Title: Lead Engineer
The Lead Engineer is a key player in ensuring that Water Mission's water filtration systems are installed and maintained properly. This is an excellent position for an individual with experience in water engineering. The person in this position could potentially move up into leadership roles within the ministry after demonstrated

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the technical team of technicians and engineers
• Perform engineering tasks including design and calculations
• Prepare written proposals and cost estimates for assigned projects
• Provide onsite project management in support of approved projects
• Conduct field inspections and site assessments
• Provide disaster response support as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering -Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical are preferred
• +7 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering
• Advanced skills with MS Office computer programs and familiarity with engineering programs (AutoCAD)
• Excellent analytical, project management, process design, and relationship skills
