Restless Development is the global leader in youth-led development – demonstrating that young people can and must play a leading role at all levels of development. Capitalising on two years of significant expansion, a new 5-year National Strategic Framework, and a successful global rebrand process, Restless Development in Uganda is prepared to further increase its impact, scale and recognition in Uganda. Building on the successes of our award-winning youth-led work, the successful postholder will work with our talented management team to implement our new strategic plan, increase partnerships at all levels and lead the organisation into an exciting new phase of growth and impact for young Ugandans.
This is an exciting role for an individual with senior management experience and a passion for the role of young people in development.
