Jobs Title: Corporate Sales and Relationship Executive
Location: Kampala, Jinja, Iganga, Mbale, Lira, Gulu, Kabale, Arua, Mbarara.

Main role: Acquisition of Corporate Clients

Key Result Areas:
•    Managing the corporate customers of the bank.
•    Achieving the business target and assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the corporate relationships.
•    Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customers’ needs.
•    Ensure the highest levels of services of the corporate customers.
•    Providing financial planning and investment advise.
•    Sales targets spread across selling of different kind of Accounts, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, etc.
•    One point contact for all requirements of corporate customers in the branch.

Required competences and Experience
•    An honor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and other relevant courses from a recognized university.
•    Masters or post graduate qualifications in Marketing/banking/financial management or other relevant field is an added advantage.
•    At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
•    Honest person with integrity.
•    Knowledge of local language will be added advantage.

Job Title: Sales Executives

Main role: Responsible for achieving Sales target through sales of savings accounts, current accounts and fixed deposit accounts.

Key Result Areas:
•    Identify and pursue existing, new sales opportunities and or prospect clients.
•    Maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
•    Follow-up on direct sales of all the bank products
•    Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closing, follow-up an adherence to goals.
•    Participate in all sales promotions/activity and sales meetings.
•    Achieve the contracted targets.

Required Competences and Experience:
•    Honor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration and other relevant courses from a recognized university
•    No experience is required.
•    1 year direct sale from Parma/FMCG/Telecom/Travel/Tourism/Education or any other sector in direct sales shall be an added requirement.
•    Self driven results-oriented person with outstanding presentation skills.
•    The applicant must be willing to work anywhere in the country.
•    Knowledge of local language will be added advantage.
