Job Description (Duties): Responsibilities:
Carry out repairs on machines and auxiliary equipment.Mounting and dismounting moulds.Daily maintenance and repair work.Carry out weekly maintenance checks on all factory equipments and submit a report.Weekly inspection of all water chillers and cooling towers mechanical connection.Key Interfaces:
Work closely with production technicians to get insight into which machines need repair work.Required Critical Behaviors:
Effective communication ability.Effective interaction with co-workers and managers.Reliability, thoroughness and integrity.Required Key Skills:
Deep level of analytical skills.Appreciation of NICE manufacturing environment.Skills in analyzing, diagnosing and correcting mechanical failures and defects.Knowledge of mechanical functions, principles and techniques.Appreciating the importance of an asset care system.Ability to plan and lay out repair works. Read, understand and carry out repair instructions from repair manuals.Ability to engage in strenuous physical activity.
