REPORTS TO: The Technical Officer-Research Utilization

Position summary
The Associate Program Officers will provide assistance with planning, coordination and successful implementation of the project in select geographical locations.
The post holders will be based in Kampala with frequent upcountry travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of project activities.
• Participate in the development and preparation of project reports, technical assessment reports, and other project narrative reports.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of project work plans and budgets as required.
• Respond to programmatic issues and/ or requests from the field.
  

Education and Experience
Degree in humanities preferred with 1-2 years relevant experience in reproductive health/ family planning and community work.
