Job Title: e-Banking Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
- Plan, review, monitor and coordinate the e-Banking business activities, setting benchmarks for business growth, monitor and evaluate performance and make recommendations in line with the budget guidelines & the business plan
- Initiate strategies for customer acquisition, growth and retention and ensure that customers access e-banking products at all times.
- Make regular analytical reports on e-banking products, growth and development
- develop, review and coordinate preparations of the e-Banking policies and procedures manuals in line with the business objectives and industrial standards
- Review and monitor compliance to the internal control systems, procedures in line with PML's policies and procedures.
- Bachelors Degree from reputable institution with good grades in ICT, Computer Science, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business Studies and Business Administration. A masters Degree in a Business related field will be an added advantage
- Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in banking, 2 of which should be e-banking.
- Should be a person of integrity and honesty with a clean track record
- Should be analytical, conceptual, organized, with great attention to detail.
- Should not be more than 35 years of age.
